Does switch from British Gas (for gas) effect the HomeCare packages?

My mother had never changed from British Gas, and has for a number of years also been a very happy customer of the HomeCare gas/heating system maintaince care (shes on HomeCare 200 by the way).
However, due to the ever increasing prices, shes now seriously considering switching gas (and eletricity, shes on Powergen at the mo) supplier.
She is, though, concerned that by switching from British Gas, the HomeCare service, which she definitely wants to continue with, will be effected, both with regard to pricing, and quality, ie will they refuse to repair her boiler, when before they could get the same parts easily or will they keep bugging her to change boiler (she has one of those old very dependable ones that NEVER breaks, only little parts that happen to all boilers).
