Ryanair airport checkin fee

We had a trip between 5/Mar and 9/Mar on Raynair to France and were charged 38 pounds for airport checking as we are not uk passport holders. I have submitted refund request to Ryanair and they responded to me via email on 7/Apr that 38 pounds would credit to my credit card within two weeks. But I did not recieve the money yet. What should I do now? Thanks for advice.
