Help make Dreams come true thread

Hi
I thought it would be nice to have a thread to help people who want to do a certain thing by giving them advice on the best/cheapest way to do it.

People who have been there, done that in particular I imagine could help?

What do you want to do? My two big things are walk under/behind Niagra falls (can you even do this?) and to go underwater in a cage to see sharks close up.

Any know anything about these? Or done them? Post want you'd like to do?
I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

What a nice idea! The swiming with sharks in a cage you can do off the coast of South Africa. Maybe try googling it?

for those advising, perhaps it would be good when replyin to "quote" what you are replying to, or if you dont know how to do this, put the name of the person you are replying to in CAPS at the beginning of your post,

go underwater in a cage to see sharks close up.

There is a place in edinburgh that does that WITHOUT the cage.

Gotta be cheaper than going abroad and having to sit in a cage! i guess its safe..or they'd have been shut down ha!

Slightly OT I know, but I'm fairly sure there have been studies which have concluded that the 'chumming' they do to attract the sharks for this sort of experience can contribute to the number of shark attacks on humans swimming - so go for Edinburgh I say!

Not exactly, on the Canadian Falls you can walk through tunnels that have a window type opening behind the falls. On the US side you can walk up to the very edge but not behind.

Ok, not exactly what you want but stay at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas and use the pool... they have a slide that goes through the shark tank.

'' The notorious Golden Nugget pool is now The Tank – a $30 million complex complete with a shark tank, a 3-story waterslide and seven private cabanas.

Get up close with some of the oceans’ sleekest and deadliest beings. Or climb 30 feet in the air, lean back and let gravity show you an exciting ride through The Tank in our secured waterslide. This experience is unparalleled ''
