I only complete surveys that I received an Invite via e-mail and had no problems with crediting. I do receive 5-6 surveys a month at most though.

You then need to opt out to receive them if you wish to do so.
I'm close to threshold so let's see how it goes.

I've reached the £50 payout for the first time on this website, took me about 2 years lol.

Does anyone know what happens now I've reached payout? Do I need to request my payment or do they just send it when it says so in their FAQ?

They'll send the cheque out to you automatically in the next payment run ( I think it's the end of the month ).

They send automatically so if you reached in August, you will receive it in September

I have not been credited for a single survey since they introduced the Toluna ones. I receive tones of invites but I am really deflated and demotivated to do them. It is also nearly impossible to track their number as normally you are redirected to a different survey. Anyone else with the same problem?

bouboumum, I am having problems since they merged with Toluna as well. Regularly get screened out of Newvista (which never used to happen) & the Toluna surveys, I contacted them about this and the fact that at one time they used to pay £1. per 5 minute survey, now it can be £1. for 20mins, stated I am disappointed as they used to be one of the best survey sites and got a stupid reply. I haven't received points for surveys which I am assuming are via Toluna due to the job number starting with a 2 instead of P1, I have just contacted them about this, and will see if they reply.

Another thing to watch, I have found that on a few occasions they under pay the amount of points stated on the survey between 25 & 50.

Perhaps if more people contact them to complain, they might just do something, but I am not holding my breath.

they seem to be taking a while to get payments out at the moment.

also is there a thread for them on here as i cant see one.
