I also received the email and logged into the new website.
Can anyone else find where your account points balance is? I can't see it anywhere.0 -

Hi yes - if you go to the "My Details" shortcut at the right hand side of the homepage and click on that. You should then see a page with six tabs at the top and the last tab is titled "my points" and they are in there0 -
Thanks, found it now.0

I had spent all of last Winter telling em about my xmas purchases and before that done quite a few surveys for them and was about the £50 threshold just have my account suddenly dissapear... I emailed them about it and some snotty !!!! got back to me saying my account was deleted as I answered a security question wrong on one of my surveys, I am guessing it was one of the xmas shopping diary entries, maybe I spent a different amount than what I told them I expected to spend or somet I duno but when I asked for a further explanation they ignored me. Shocking! Good site and fun surveys though but be careful they might just delete you for no reason :S

I sympathise with you on this, they are not the worst survey site (Greenfield/Ciao surveys/OTX are the worst), but low down the list of reliable survey sites in my opinion.
One way to avoid losing all the hard work, is for people to join up to TopCashBack and do the IYV surveys there.
You get 70 pence credited to your TCB account, which when it gets payable (depends if IYV pay TCB when they should) can be withdrawn to PayPal or your Bank Account by BACS.
That way IYV cannot delete it all 2 years later on some pretext or due to an error in their bugged security software.
Of course, there are a lot of complaints that surveys often fail to track far too often, so swings and roundabouts I suppose.0 -
Just got the money through from my £50 cheque from Newvistalive
It may have problems, but the rewards are more generous than most survey sites and I'm happy!0 -
I'm very pleased with NewVistaLive, the £1 per 5 minutes reward rate is very generous and I don't think I've ever been screened out of a survey. Just got my first £50 cheque after 6 months of membership.0

I got my 2nd £50 cheque in October, after a little chasing around regarding my address being removed from my profile page, account already up to £31 again. I recently failed quality control question as it had just been my birthday and I answered the age group question wrongly, they didn't close my account and I have done surveys since, they just didn't pay me for the one i did wrong. All in not bad because the current payment £1 per 5 mins is the best i get from, Valued Opinion, Global Testmarket, Ipsos, MySurvey (Formerly Lightspeed)0

Can anyone tell me when they add the points on for the surveys as they don't seem to update immediately like the others.
I've done a couple of surveys for them lately but my points have not changed and there seems to be nowhere on the site where I can look at a survey history.0 -
From New Vista's FAQs -
Your points are credited to your online account usually within one month of completing the survey or activity. This may vary at times and it may take as little as one day or as long as three months depending on the type of research activity.
I can't find a breakdown of the points balance though.0 -
I had a survey that didn't appear to have credited so I emailed them.
They said the survey had credited on x date.
I checked my account and my points had been updated
Keep the survey invites and then you know which points you are waiting for
libra10 - it annoys me that we can't see the breakdown of our points yet0
