I wrote to the co-operative bank regarding a loan protection payment that i didn't know i had been paying their reply was " i must not of read the agreement forms correctly" and they won't look at the matter any further!!

Hi there
This is a standard fob off response, if you were mis sold this for any reason, and if this was the first response, then write back to them and tell them you would appreciate having this reconsidered, or you will take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), they have responsibilities too when selling these products.;)
If this was the final response them take to the FOS anyway.

Thanks for your reply have spoken to the financial ombudsman service and they are sending me a form to fill in Fingers crossed eh !!!0
