Don't you just love the fact that between the date when the direct debit payment displays as paid on the due date, and the date money actually leaves the bank account, sometimes there are up to 4 days?iaye carramba!0

its the poorest online banking system ive ever used:mad:, mainly due to it being so basic
not being able to see available credit
pending transaction amount
card rates
payment online through site
no b/t options
savings products which you can apply online for (but the page has never loaded for me)
the list is endless and only reason ive still got the card is 0% abroad and its 6.9% loan option that i use for my car insurance to reduce interest payments
ps i work for the PO:rotfl:please just thank me0 -
I'm glad I'm not the only one. It seems to take FOREVER to load for me and even then it isn't much use when you do finally get in because it's got such a crap interface and lack of information. An online payment facility would be useful too. Oh, and it doesn't work with Google Chrome
The only reason I use it is for the no fees abroad as well. What's the loan option you speak of?? Sounds interesting.....0 -
I only use it for when I'm abroad, too.
My biggest bugbear is that it doesn't tell you when the minimum payment is due by. I know my statement is produced on 2nd of the month, but I've no idea how long I have to pay it. None at all.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -

taken from PO website
"Payment plan with lower interest rate- purchases of £500 to £2,000 in value can be transferred to our special fixed rate Payment Plan of 6.8% p.a. - just call us on 0800 169 2000
- pay for up to 2 purchases with a maximum combined value of £2,000 over 12 months
- get 1 monthly statement showing your card and Payment Plan"
its so simply, my car insurance premium was £1000 for the year, (the insurance company interest (if payed per month) was 20+%APR so paid on my credit card in full, called up CC company the next day and transferred it to the 'payment plan' at 6.8%APR savings lots in interest payments
can be used for any purchase, kitchen, funiture etc etc
ps was already using 2 o% bt to pay for the car:money:please just thank me0 -
Yes awful and gives misleading information. Doesn't work with Firefox either...
I'm still in the 0% BT period so am not making purchases. I have a balance on the account... but when I just logged in, it says:
"There have been no transactions on your credit card since the last statement issued." (true) and gives the following table (I've lost the format) - it's all blank. Suggests the account is dormant and nothing is owing.
Previous balance:
Cash advance:
Purchases:
Credit payments:
Current balance:
Credit available:0
