It's a cat. Cute and fluffy, but he hates you ... he only keeps coming back while you feed him food that he likes.. if somebody else provides him nicer food he'll be off.

:T True! I learnt that a long time ago with cats. They only want to be your mate when they want something. At all other times they look at you like you're a piece of !!!!!! and completely ignore you/turn round and go the other way when you want to pet them.

 What are these people on? The couple on here seem to intimate that 3 years to save a deposit is too long?

My cats always want something, so they at least pretend to love me all the time :D. s for pettig them, the opposite problem with mine, they have a tendancy to be a bit demanding. Now she's of the remot she's on my shoulder/neck.:o

I really understand those FTBs want to be on their own places, god knows I do, but the young man already has seen an overseas investement he was thinking of plummet, and the girl was tetchy, eh?

There is still lots of demand really, people want to buy but they can't because they can't be arsed to save the money for their deposits and would rather buy their latest phones and flashy cars.

oooooo...4 generations in one house now. that's cool.

Sure, but my point is they CAN fall, despite demand: if we can't pay we can't have!

4 generations in a house: unpopular but traditional. Built in baby sitters, carers for older generation. Sucurity support. Its not ideal: but subdivideing a house/larger property wouldn't be so frightful for many as we believe.

ETA: single woman, one child, three bed house??? Oh, I see not single, fair enough, :)
