cannot see webcam

I reguarly use a webcam to look at the beach where we have a holiday home, to check on weather etc, I have not been able to access it since getting a new computer, we have down loaded axis media but get this message

Hi i have got nearly same problem i am on windows vista and using mozilla now as internet explorer kept not resonding but since changing over to mozilla i cannot view webcam in alanya ?
It keeps saying i need to download addons which i have done but still cannot to get it to work . so i hope some one can help us both

Well I can see the "Live from Buzz Beach Bar - Oludeniz" camera.I am using Mozilla Firefoxwith XP. Click on the link on this website.There is a note on that site saying that somesoftware needs to be downloaded but I didn't need to... maybe it was downloaded previously.

It could be an IE8 issue.

I can see the webcam on FireFox fine but I tried on IE8 which I downloaded a week or so back via automatic update and get the error message mentioned.

I also get a bar just above the page asking if I want to install the addon after clicking that and then clicking Install on the window that comes up later when it is downloaded the webcam works OK.

This is on XP.

I can go on to the oludeniz webcam and see that as that works but still cannot get the alanya webcam working as it keeps saying pluggins are missing ? i have down loaded all wot i need ?

This one - http://www.alanya.bel.tr/kamera.asp?camID=179903144 works for me in IE8 but not FF it says unknown plugin.
