Does anyone have experience from producttesting.uk.com? I have recently received numerous offers for surveys and product testing that are too good to be true. Any thoughts?

It appears to be a scam. There' a thread about it with all the details here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3892003

Hi, has anyone any experience of Surveys.com? I've been with them for a while and keep getting surveys, but when I try to get in touch my emails are returned. I can't find out if I've earned anything and I'm getting a bit fed up! Thanks for any replies

I must admit I am thinking of ditching Surveys.com (aka Gfk Surveys).

Apparantley their survey rewards are paid out using the Maximiles reward/website scheme.

Have you tried logging on to Maximiles ? http://www.maximiles.co.uk

Hi cally, thanks for that, I'll give it a go, it's confusing when they keep changing their names. I'm with GFK tv surveys and they seem ok, got a few fivers! Some survey companies are better than others, I think I need a good clear out

Back into doing surveys now, thinking with all my free time i should be able to get a decent extra bit of cash if i save it up in my PayPal.

Currently working towards a crowdology and MySurvey payout.

Does anyone know, if after a certain period of time MySurveys will let you try to join again? I tried joining but got rejected :(

  • Hi there,

I have been using survey companies to make money for 3 or so years and make about £200-£300 a year which I save up and cash in before Christmas each year.

I've been using Opinion People as well as many others and I was furious this week when I logged in to check my balance and it was 0! Apparently I had reached the £15 cash in limit and didn't cash in within 3 months so they reset my balance to zero!!! I sent a really snotty email saying that this was grossly unfair, as at around 20p-50p per survey, it takes a lot of my time to reach £15 only to have it wiped out. They argued that I hadn't provided a paypal account or given bank details, which is rubbish, as I have cashed in many times before so they have my details.

They would not accept this and blankly refused to reinstate my points.

I would strongly warn anyone against Opinion People, as I use many others which I've never had a problem with.

HTH prevent this from someone else having this happen to them.

    Jo

That sucks, a really good example of poor customer service. Obviously only interested in their own pockets and not the customers.
