YouTube Synching Issues

HI Guys!
I'm having some problems uploading videos to YouTube. When I upload videos of me singing they go up fine, but when I upload ones of me dancing the performance and the music are out of synch - usually only by a second, but sometimes more.
I can't work out why it's only with some videos. I haven't found the help page on YouTube to be particuarly useful.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
Jenny

How are you producing your original videos? Do you prerender them in Movie Maker perhaps? If so, try a variety of different settings.
I recently added a video in which someone's eyebrows were imperative to the joke of the video and the first attempt didn't sync right at all and that was because I was using a local Windows Media format, when I changed the settings to either another format or increased the quality the youtube version worked perfectly.
Tell me how you get on

I take the files straight off the camcorder and then upload them straight to YouTube.
They're not edited or changed in anyway. It's frustrating because some of them go on fine, and others don't.0 -
