I was given a £20.00 Waterstones Gift Card for my Birthday, and ordered 2 books with it online. This left a balance of £2.97 on the card.
Only 1 book arrived, after several weeks I cancelled the outstanding book (£11.24) in order to buy something else. I chose a book went to checkout, and the £11.24 has gone!!
It's taken over a week to get the £11.24 refunded - to my online wallet, so I log on pick a couple of books and now they taken the £2.97 balance from my card! Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrggghhhh.
