    If you are going to get it in the neck if they are not reliable, then say, sorry, I have based my choice on proven reliability, if you wish to decide against that, then I can take no responsibility for the reliability. I am with Dell, they are reliable, but I would certainly double check the size/weight as it will be a fast complaint. Maybe a flat screen monitor for desk use. When I have a problem I talk to Dell over the IM link and find that to be really good.
