Company VISA Card Fraud

Hi Guys,
Im after some advise, I work in Purchasing for a Company and have use of the Company VISA Card to purchase goods for the Engineers (The Card is NOT in my name). I have had this job for 6 years and have used the card hundreds of times with no problem.
Over the Bank Holiday Weekned the Company VISA Card details fell into someones hands (we have no idea how as yet)...Barclays stopped the card and sent us a copy of the transactions etc.
The problem Im facing and Im really upset about this ....they have used my name and my work address to buy these things so now my name has got to be logged to say fraud has happened against it.
Is this going to effect my Credit Score and my ability to get credit in the future. I feel I have been put in a vunerable possition where I have no choice as its my job but it leaves be open to fraud.
I have spoken with our finace team who dont seem bothered at all and think Im being stupid to worry.
