I think if you get to click the 'place order' button then you have it, even if it crashes after!

I also think this is correct, but if you click the 'place order' buton and nothing happens then dont click it again, and again and again because you will duplicate your order when the page decides to work again

Nah - did that last night and after 5 mins was told basket empty! . Lost 3 series of stargate...

I finally managed to make an order at 4:00AM this morning! after trying for 12 hours. However, I have now received the 'standard' customer service email they seem to be sending everyone, saying that they cannot fulfill the orders, so it looks like it was all a waste of time. These guys really are cowboys!

Wow.. I'm glad I gave up after an hour! :eek: you must have loads of patience.
