Here is a suggestion Andrew......

Rather than adding more items to the sale now, why don't you instead just try to honour some of the orders that you have cancelled over the last 24 hours??? After all, we all know you have the stock!!!

This would be more likely to improve your store's reputation - which has taken a massive knock over the last couple of days.................

I have two more suggestions

a - one of my items was on back order, and then i notice its back in stock in the sale but my order is still on back order - ive cancelled that and reordered the item - but i shouldnt have had to do it this way

b - cut down the number of pages between basket and confirmation - there seems to be way too many pages, when it could easily be done in half the pages and would save a lot of problems when pages crash

I can only see dvd's that are between £5 and £9 none for £2.95. Have they all gone?

I'm on the easter sale pages.

Thats what I want to know! I know I got some oreders in early enough to get them, but even though the site said it had my 'EGG' card details, they didnt actually have it stored.

Now I've missed out on all the orders I put through over the first 3 days, cos it is plainly obvious that these were given to people that ordered after me!

i've missed out on 2 dvds by the look of it due to the site crashing and the items now being on back order.... my daughter will be so disappointed

I called CS earlier to clarify "back order" and was told that I probably would not be getting them, which Im very dissapointed at because they are 5 Disney classics and they were ordered on the first morning :mad:

So if we aint getting them and we know they are in stock why arent they cancelling the orders
