Hotel in protaras cyprus

Hi can anyone recommend a decent AI Hotel in Cyprus for me and the Mrs in July? Thanks in advance

We have stayed at the Vrissiana, Artemis and Tsokkos Hotels at Protaras.Tsokkos was the best in our opinion. Artmeis - cheap and cheerful.

I stayed at the Anastasia Beach hotel in October AI. I would happily stay there again tho possibly not in high season as I think it'd be a bit crowded by the pool. I have to say the Vrissiana looked lovely as did The Odessa, and The Kouzalis Beach which was set on its own a bit away from Pernera and Protaras. I believe that the Vrissiana, Artemis and Anastasia, are all Tsokkos hotels.

Tsokkos beach is a 5minute walk from the main street, so is quiet but also close, but is a 1minute walk from beach and has a little shop opposite for essentials. Very nice hotel, I loved it but food was a bit samey after 2 weeks. Big plus for location, negative for All-Inclusive factor.

Have a look at the Capo bay hotel in Protaras,it was being refurbished in April when i was there,it looked fabulous.

Did look at the Capo Bay but out of our price range. Has anyone been to the Odessa Hotel?

Please DO NOT stay at the VRISSIANA.

We stayed there in May last year.

Whilst the hotel was actually good, the problem was that at the weekends the whole hotel and swimming pool became the place that the locals came to. The bar was heaving, the pool had no sunbeds free for guests as they were rented to locals for 5euros. This quiet 4 * hotel, in fact became like a crowded 2* hotel, will exceptionally loud music playing by the pool all day.
The staff encouraged the locals to come in, as they made a fortune at the bar. it was considered to be expected that this happened every weekend.
