Hi,

I hope you can help. I asked for my credit card statements on 03-03-09 and enclosed the relevant cheque. I recived a letter saying that they were processing this information but still recived nothing. I chased this up with a subsequent letter 27-04-09 and a phone call but still nothing. Is there an address to write to for the information commisioner to ask them to get involved ? I am sure 70 days must be enough time to get the relevant statements !

Does anyone know the best way to go from here ?
