you really should chill out a bit.
Sorry - where did you get the implication I was cross?
Can't see anything 'cross' in my reply.
Just factual.
I'm quite chilled, thank you.
So what's your real name, dear?0 -

She is a teacher, would you be chilled if you had to face form 5C every day 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
I don't face form anything every day.
I spend time with my lovely 2 year old, and teach when I want.
Believe me, if I was teaching form anything, daily, I'd not have time to post on here.
Incidentally, should clear something up - unless you count helping my own kids do homework, I've never taught a primary school child in my life.
I'm sure that will disappoint some terribly; chiefly those who like to claim that the nation's problems with reading and writing are entirely to be laid at my door. :rolleyes:0 -

I don't suffer fools gladly, that's true.0 -
Ah, that well-known site - sharecast.
Hmm.
don't want to get involved - but just on this one point - are you disputing chucky's numbers?
Because they are clear on the RICs report, which is surely the best place to go if you really want to reduce spin:
http://www.rics.org/NR/rdonlyres/C6485B49-FE2D-46EA-BBEF-876250F98B9A/0/hms_0409.pdf
Overall: 5% reporting "rise", 48% reporting "same", 48% reporting "falls".
There is quite some regional variation; basically London and the south, more are seeing "same" than "falls", everywhere else, the "falls" win.
I know BBC might be better known but I don't know why you would think Yahoo or finance sites would report rubbish/lies?! They all get their news from the same place originally (IE the report). IMHO they have reported it more clearly by giving those overall numbers.0 -
No - just winding chucky up.0
