Has anyone got an email adress for Directline. I lodge a claim via their website over a week ago and it said they would get back to me. Haven't heard a thing since :rolleyes:. Hate phones, so would like to try to email them first.

I would ring them, you will get through to someone fairly quickly ((Their call centres are in the UK which is good) and should be able to get things rolling asap.
P.S Don't forget to use https://www.saynoto0870.co.uk if their telephone number is not free or a normal landline number0
