I miss my girls, I promised myself I wouldn't get another one till the school year ends - when I have time to look after them. they are FANTASTIC pets so cute and so easy to look after I love them.

    (rotostaks can smell tho)

in my news work is kack (big shock there!) home is ok, I feel better - can breathe and everything. my amazon order came today.

    must plan some lessons tho

    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • I'm completely shattered, it's been a very long day. When I was working at stuff, the stress carried me straight through but as soon as I stopped, I started to flag and felt really low. I guess I'm starting to accept that I won't have that new comp by 5th June. It's such a stupid thing to get upset about since (as my grandma keeps telling me) I don't need it, but it was keeping me going. :(

Anyway, tomorrow's another day and if I don't get off here soon, it'll be tomorrow before I get to sleep. :D Nite all.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I actually got up at 5.30am on Saturday morning and went for a run.
There wasn't anyone else up so it was gorgeous! sun streaming through the forest, bunnies, robins and squirrels everywhere.

I don't know if I've over done it this weekend but my left knee is hurting.
Didn't run tonight, I'll try a gentle one tomorrow on the treadmill and see how I go on.
I applied Ibuprofen gel to it this morning which did seem to help.

    hmm.

im thinking of the early morning run also before everyone is up.

i look like a right tadge running so doing it before the world is up is prefereable than not and also preferable to paying for a gym membership for all of 2 ro 3 months.
