Yet another Abbey c*** up

So I log into my Abbey business account this morning to do a bill payment to my personal account and my domain name provider and...................... I can't. All I get is a message on the web page stating that there are "no cards linked to this account". For Christ's sake. I only want the list of bill payments so that I can transfer money - like I have been doing for the past few years.
I'm fast believing that this bank is being run by a bunch of half brained f***wits. Fortunately, I'm in the process of switching business accounts. I'm only leaving my personal account with them as there is an overdraft facility that I sometimes need to use. If they remove that, I can see me just walking completely. Not that I'm some rich guy with millions invested so it won't be an issue for them. Maybe they are trying to ditch customers. It's the only explanation that makes sense.
