My parents have asked me to try and find and book an all-inclusive holiday in Spain on the net for them, on the basis that it will be cheaper to do it direct than go via a high street travel agent.
A quick trawl last night showed me what a minefield it is out there, can anyone recommend any decent travel sites, whether it be for flights and hotels independently or all combined?

well, not entirely what you're asking for but I always go to Holidays Uncovered before I book anything.
Reviews written by real customers, not the bods who write the glossy brochures you see in travel agents! You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky
Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -
We've never gone all inclusive, though would recomend you try https://www.teletextholidays.co.uk.
The bit of advise we do recommend is that whatever price you find on the internet, is to print the quote and take it to a high street travel agent to price match.
We find that something as important as a holiday it is always far more convinent to be able to walk into a shop and ask any queries face to face, rather then waiting hours on the phone to talk to someone.
We've found our holiday to Pefkos, Rhodes last week through https://www.firstchoice.co.uk. 28th June, 14 nights, self catering, only £449 total cost. And booked through holidayhypermarket.
June seems to be a good time to go this year, with the world cup on at that time, prices seem to be falling.
Hope you find a good deal0 -

Try

I use both regularly and find them of great help.

For hotels, I would heartily recommend www.venere.com
It makes things very very clear, and also has public reviews. Their maps are also excellent so you can see exactly what area each hotel is in.

Hope this info helps.0 -
