Badly described item even after contacting seller before purchase

Hi
I am not a happy bunny. I have been looking for 100% cotton school uniform dresses, as my dd can only wear 100% cotton because of eczema. So after finding several dresses described as cotton, I emailed each seller to ask for confirmation re percentage of cotton, explaining that I needed 100%. Most apologised an amended their descriptions accordingly as they were not 100%, I wasn't bothered by this I was only trying to avoid buying less than 100%.
I received this reply to one of the dresses: Hi, sorry i've only just replied, pc problems.yes it is, my 2 daughters suffer with eczema and they have been fine wearing them.thank you. So I quickly purchased the item with buy it now. Fine no problems so far, are you keeping up?
I received the dress today and it is not 100% cotton the only cotton content is in the collar, I have emailed the seller asking to be refunded and also for postage to be reimbursed both ways of course pointing out if a completely honest description was given I would not have even purchased, I am really annoyed because I took steps by contacting sellers prior to items ending to make sure of cotton content.
Am I correct in being so annoyed or unreasonable??
I am still waiting for a reply frpm the seller.
Any advice please

I'd be annoyed too, think you're absolutely right in feeling that way. Hope you get what you want from your seller.
Your screen name seems oddly familiar- is it one of the characters in the Farseer books or am I just confusing myself here? Sorry, I know it's nothing to do with your question , but I have to ask.0 -
Hi
Thanks for your support.
Yes I am quite a fan of Robin Hobb and tried hard to find a name different that wouldn't already be taken. Although it is a long time since I read them.0
