Cost Efficient ways to get € Euros from an Irish account to £ Sterling

I have € Euros in a savings account in Ireland and I'd like to move it to my Sterling Bank Account in the UK. Would anyone be able to advise the most cost efficient way to move this across without costing too much?

Any help would be very much appreciated and thanks in advance.
