Ok as most of you know I'm completely thick when it comes to anything technical !:o
Everytime I put my broadband on I keep getting the same pop up & it keeps on popping up all the time, so how do I get rid of it as it's doing my head in !

Download the following programs - install them and update them.
Spybot
Adaware
Windows Defender
Ewido - free 30 day trial - still usable after 30 days.
Reboot your machine into safe mode and run the software you have downloaded remove what it finds. ( restart your computer and as soon as it starts to boot, tap F8 repeatedly. A menu should appear, select Safe Mode from the menu and then hit Enter on your keyboard. )
Once clean update any outstanding Windows Updates.0 -
