negative feedback and SNPC NOTICE warning

a friend sells 99p items on ebay and a scam buyer that sells the same items bought goods from them and then went ahead and left 3 bad feedbacks just to get them suspended. they have contacted ebay but they say the feedback cant be removed and then next day (today) they get a warning that they have Seller Non-Performance and get themselves a warning  can they report this again to get this warning removed .

Have they reported it properly, rather than just emailling ebay?
    Have they upset anyone lately?

If your friend hasn't already done so then the first thing to do is to block this buyer immediately.

Then this needs to be reported as malicious bidding, bidding merely with an intetnion to leave a neg.

One other point, are we talking business trading here as the OP mentions 'a friend sells 99p items on ebay and a scam buyer that sells the same items' and that doesn't sound like someone just selling odds and ends from around the house. If this is a properly registered business aco!!!! ebay do sometimes take a report of malicious bidding a bit more seriously.

unfortunately this kind of thing is all too common on ebay, if competitors are not bidding on your items to neg you they are filing false copyright infringement complaints.

That is why most professional sellers will have more than one account, if one is hit by malicious feedback you can switch to the other while you slowly repair the affected account.

Maybe worth considering some back up accounts.

Set up a new account to sell from for one, then if you feel like it, play them at their own game and neg them a few times :)

Don't do this unless you want to be suspended...

as morally wrong as this is, it's the only way of seeking any type of justice when ebay refuse to help :( sadly

thanks everybody for ur comments suggestions and they already have a stealth account set aside for as and when the account get suspended. the person has now got his lsitings removed and he was blocked but appeared with his new account to leave the bad feedback. and friend isnt a business the reply they got from ebay about the malicious bidding report that they had already put in said that they person would be looked into but the feedback would stay.
dont think the know that that need to be registered as a business. i think they will be removing items soon as and use new account as a business.
    cheers folks
