driving school scam

This is my first time posting on here but wanted to make sure that other people do not waste their money by going with Driving Test Doctors UK (based in Derbyshire) as the driving school is a complete scam. They boast of high pass rates and their guaranteed pass but it's a massive lie because hardly anyone gets entered for the exam at the end of the course. Also, they are dishonest money-grabbers who only informed me of a price increase once i had paid the desposit and couldn't get out of it. all they care about is making money, they couldn't care less whether they get you to pass standard or not. I sent a forceful but still polite letter of complaint and all i got back was a rude, obnoxious and insulting response. I have never met a company so unprofessional as Driving Test Doctors UK - most companies apologise when clients make a complaint and try to take something from their criticisms so as to improve their service, they certainly do not insult the customer who has just shelled out over £600 on their service. What I didn't say in the letter was that Neil Watson is a self-conceited, boring idiot who loves the sound of his own voice more than he does teaching people to drive because I didn't want to make it personal.
Anyway, AVOID DRIVING TEST DOCTORS UK at all costs. Also, if anyone has any advice to give me on what I can do to get them to deal with my complaint in a professional way it would be appreciated!

Do you mean this company:
http://www.driving-test-doctors.co.uk/
Some of the stuff on their website is just jaw dropping.
Under their residential driving courses section they say learning is done in a rural location away from a busy/congested city environment. But how is the student supposed to cope when they need to go in a busy environment alone after they've passed their test? You would probably be a nervous wreck and be scared to drive, that's if you could actually pass your test.
Then you've got the gems on the humour page. But it's not humour, instead it's a place where the examiners (or examiner) can belittle their own customers.
So, avoiding this company is probably good advice.0
