Its been 2 weeks yet NO reply from Barclaycard or Abbey Card

Please HELP
Its been 14 working days since ive sent my first letter to Barclaycard and Abbey credit card requesting for information on charges which ive incured. Dating back some what 6 years, ive included the £10 charge.
Please advise me what to do next! since ive had NO reply whatso ever

Under the Data Protection Act they are allowed 40 calendar days, not 14 working days0
