Europe cover car insurance -14 days- extra to pay on policy?

Hi,

I am going out the country (uk) to europe; france, germany and surrounding areas for 14 days next month I was just wondering what sort of price I will need to pay additional to my insurance company for a (green card?) - direct line or elephant insurance. A rough idea?

Any help would be brill. Thank you

Taking a really rough guess here (the exact price will depend on the rating of your car on their system) but maybe around £25-£35 for Direct Line to upgrade from the standard Third Party Only to Comprehensive. Best to phone them and ask for the price - you won't need to go ahead with it if you don't want to.
