Ryanair Online Check in - CONFUSED!!!

I've booked and paid for my flights with Ryanair. I've opted to pay for two suitcases and for online check in.
Am I going mad but when I print out the boarding pass it says one piece of cabin luggage. What do I do with my suitcases???
Please tell me I'm missing something obvious as I'm starting to get an unpleasant feeling........................
