Suggest using the cheap flight checker on this site and picking somewhere good value whilst meeting the rest of the criteria.0

I would suggest Warsaw, absolutely loved it, best European country I've been too, just beating Dublin because I found it very expensive. Warsaw is cheap, very friendly, not much to see sight-seeing wise, but the clubs are amazing, and a lot of live music venues, particularly jazz. Being in an ex-communist nightclub with all the memoribilia still on the wall, listening to the likes of Abba and Queen until 6 in the morning is a pretty surreal experience. Not to mention every woman under 30 is absolutely stunning!0

Paris will make Italy look cheap! Prague is lovely and quite cheap. Dubrovnik looks lovely, but I'm not sure about the shopping when they get there. Morocco isn't Europe, but that's lovely..0

Hi,
Re: you going to Rome, have you got tickets or are just going to hit a bar or something? My boyfriend wants to go but it's a bit beyond our means at the mo. Cheapest deal seemed to be Ryanair and cheap bnb for about 400quid.
Which leads me onto saying, cos I've been looking for the same - cheap short break somewhere nice in Europe for that weekend cos it's his birthday - I can't find anything that would be warm/sunny/cheap. North Europe doesn't really appeal.
What about them going to a posh spa or something in this country?
Thank you to all who contribute to all of this super site:smileyhea !0 -

Regarding Rome, yes I've got tickets, just been allocated them in United's ballot. So rather chuffed at the moment.
For your fella there is this cheapish option:

Frankfurt to Milan (Bergamo) Wednesday 27 @ 06.35 arrives 07.50 Ryanair £10 inc tax
Milan to Rome ...2 days car hire £137 (£35 if 4 share) Carjet.com + petrol drive is approx 5 hrs so you could be in Rome 14.00/15.00
watch game
Drive back to Milan (Bergamo)
Milan (Bergamo) to Frankfurt Thursday 28 @ 22.40 arrives 23.55 Ryanair £10 inc tax
Frankfurt to Stanstead Friday 29 @ 06.35 arrives 7.00 Ryanair £35 inc tax
Stanstead to Manchester one way car hire £100 (£25 each)
10+10+35+10+35+25= £125 + petrol based on 4 sharing cars and checking in online with only hand luggage using http://www.entropay.com/ to pay for flights0
