Due to breakdown  and removal of back boiler I am now needing a new fire in lounge. With all the recent gas prices increases I am not sure whether to install a gas or electric fire although I prefer real flames in gas!
As i am planning to sell my house within next couple of years and so i want to make sure i make the right decision!
Any advice would be very welcome.
