My Natwest account is at their collections centre and my dad was going to pay the overdraft of for me but everytime they arrange to call they never ring up or ring up nearly an hour late.
I was reading an older thread and come across https://www.natwest.com/paybycard and i have put a payment through for just a small amount.
Has anyone ever used this before? any help would be appreciated
