Sending Invoice - Recalculating Postage
MilkyJoe
I'm trying to send a buyer an invoice with recalculated postage. It was bought from France so need to change it to Airsure (I stated this in the listing).
When I recalculate it it doesn't show that it has been changed. There's no mention of any postage amount.
Would it be OK to send it? Would the postage be added?
Don't want to send an invoice which is wrong.

After you change the invoice, DON'T click recalculate again.

Daft isn't it, you change all he settings and the logical button to press then is 'recalculate' but on ebay that is wrong..anyone would think they are trying to make it difficult for us.
It is so illogical it hurts.

I might be wrong, but don't they have a preview that you can click first just to check its right before you send?0

So I should just put the amount in and send?
The recalculate button is basically a reset button? The View Belongs To Everyone0 -

Correct.
It's more useful for combined invoices though - you can select to combine ceratin items, recalculate and invoice them, and send a separate invoice for the remaining items.
It can be as complex or as simple as eBay want it to be - but there is not much in the way of guidance about it.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
