The FOS are taking 18-24 months to deal with complaints at the moment so you are still in waiting mode probably.

If you are going through the FOS why are you using a company to do it?
You are paying money for nothing. You could quite easily have done it yourself.

I hope this company has not got you to agree to pay a percentage back end as well
I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

However, I have since seen the light.

this post was posted a while back not sure when, but this company have just passed me over to a firm of solicitors and a whole new pack to fill in same questions all over again.

so i have wrote to this company telling them i wish to disperse with their services because they have not done anything in the last 18 months to resolve this. they phoned my husband and left a message but have not recieved anything in writing from them..

I have contacted the company i have the complaint with and have told them that i do not want them to deal with this company anymore and to deal with me.

Now because its back to square one how do i start this with meaning which letter do i send this company to start the ball rolling all over again as this comany never even involved the ombudsman anyway.

    hope this makes sense

    thanks
