Hi, never had this before.
I recently sold a brand new item on Playtrade.com that i had never used but just undone the box, i . posted it off next day. i listed it as used-like new as it wasnt sealed.
Got an email three days after the item being signed for from the buyer saying they dont beleive its not new because their are some marks on the item and a part missing.
Ive informed them that i know the 'missing' part can not have been missing as i checked what was in the box before sending it and never used the item and as for the miscolouring as they sure thats not how its meant to look as its never been used and ive never seen another one of it to know what colour it is.
They asked for a refund.
I dont really want the item back or to refund them, they have now had it nearly a week and undone it and could have used it!
It sounds like im not going to get back what i sent out. What happens if i dont agree to a refund. will playtrade refund them let them keep it and just take the money from me or do i have to accept a refund and does the buyer have to return. Ive never had a problem selling on playtrade but feel im being coned.
your help please
