Where are my O2 Shares!!

I am an O2 Shareholder. I track share prices every Friday and became suspicious when I realised that my O2 shares have been the same price for about 7 weeks. I then went to try to find info on the internet. The O2 website is down and the BBC website says trading stopped on 6 March.

I have received no communication from them about a buy out or asking me if I want to sell or transfer (to Telefonica?) Should I panic!!

I received communication from O2 and sent off my certificates last November and finally received my cheques for the sale end of February.

    From BBC website......
Mobile phone firm O2 is set to exit the UK stock market next month following its £17.7bn ($31.6bn) takeover by Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica.
Telefonica is close to completing the deal after investors holding 88% of shares backed the takeover.

Having also bought O2 shares worth 8%, Telefonica now effectively controls just under 97% of the firm's shares.

Telefonica said it expected shares in O2, which has more than 27 million customers, to cease trading on 7 March.

The last remaining obstacle to the deal was cleared last month when the European Commission approved the transaction.
