I ordered some headphones for my son from here

They never turned up , I have had no reply from them , so I check out their negative feedback and it seems they play this game alot and con people. So why does ebay allow them to continue doing this ?

They don't.
What did they say when you contacted them to say you hadn't got your item?
If they weren't helpful just put in a paypal claim for item not received and leave the claim in until you get a refund or your goods.

The feedback isn't horrendous really considering the amount they sell, they are almost certainly dropshipping I would have thought.

99.7% positive - 102 negs but nearly 36,000 positive in the last 6 months, 4.8 & 4.9 star ratings? Given the low value items sold, I very much doubt it's a deliberate scam, and the negs indicate that the qulaity may not be the best - but at 99p, you get what you pay for.

I guess you were just unlucky, and the seller is struggling to cope with complaints due to volume. I notice the most recent neg left is playing the emotional blackmail card too. Credibility fail.
