I have read todays news on AVIScar hire suffering a downturn in business due to people using car hire internet search engines.

Can anyone please provide details of these search engines.

My deal with AVIS for Xmas is cheaper than any I have seen for my car catagory.

I became an AVIS PREFERRED customer and have never had a lower quote elsewhere without a hike to pick up the vehicle. I also get 10 air miles per hire day.

Maybe AVIS need to get their business added to these search engines to generate more throughput.

My local PEUGEOT garage beat AVIS offering 12 days rental over Xmas for the cost of 6 days but you had to purchase additional excess insurance cover.

Maybe this a is a national PEUGEOT scheme for the Xmas period?
