    If the cashback does not appear on your account as expected, then you make a complaint ( called a ticket) so they can chase the missing amount. They try to find out what went wrong, ie why your cashback did not track.

    Hi, went to to sign up and it says this:

    "15.00 Cashback when you take out UK breakdown cover as a new customer to the RAC who has not had an RAC breakdown policy within the last 120 days.

    I can't see £28.00 mentioned, am I missing something?

    probably the previous posts in this thread....its a good thing to read them from the start...in case something has ended or changed since first posting....also a good idea to check dates of thread starting and other posts

    Aaah for the basic £28 cover the vehicle has to be under 10 years old!
