Ok so I am away from home so I got my brother to read my crb check out. It says something along the lines of first caution 'against property' what does that mean. It hasn't get anything else written I have frantically tried to ask him to read it all and nowhere does it state arson.
I have got all the codes and stuff aswell but cant make use of them.
Does this mean it will be for 'arson against property' or 'criminal damage by arson' or sinply 'criminal damage'?
Thanks for your help.IF I HAVE BEEN OF USE TO YOU, THEN PLEASE CLICK THAT THANKS BUTTON

Hello everyone, long time no speak. Ok so the caution has now finally been re-tracted which therefore means it isn't on my record anymore.
Where does this lead me with regards to entering Canada/USA. Am I able to do so more easily now?
Thank you for all of your support you have been very kind.

It leaves you in exactly the same position:
for the USA you were arrested for a crime involving moral turpitude. You must apply for a visa if you wish to comply with US law. The fact that you were discharged means that there is no bar to you getting one. In reality if you lie the chances of them finding out are low.
for Canada - they don't ask tourists about convictions. For a work visa - sorry pass.
Don't understand you other question about DNA. How is it relevant?0
