British Gas & Power Flush
May not be strictly in the right place but wanted to know if anyone knows how I word a small claims court against British Gas for a refund of the Power Flush money £430. It was work that they carried out after advising me I needed it but it has transpired that I didn't need it. I have written to them on a number of occasisions but to no avail. Have given them until today to refund whole amount but they have not even responded to my letter/s.
