This beautiful old building is right inside Leeds city centre. The 8 bedroom hotel is above a lovely old traditional real ale pub. We don't provide breakfast but the hotel is surrounded by a vast choice of places to have breakfast from McDonald's to Harvey Nichols and everything in between! We are a family run business. I am the owner of a beautiful Manor House in SW France which is run as a B&B (only 3 beds at the moment but adding more soon!) and self catering accommodation. We are 20 mins north of Tarbes (the finishing post of stage 9 of this years Tour de France), 10 mins from Marciac (check out the website) for the Jazz which is on from July 31st to 16th August and 15 mins from Madiran (check out the Madiran winen festival) where you can drink free wine all day once you have paid a very small fee (approx. 3 euro) for a Madiran wine glass on their fete day (usually 15th Aug).

Check us out. I only get french guests and would love to spread the word to the english speaking community! The house is in the town centre and has enclosed parking so your cars are safe and you can walk to the bars! :beer: Plus there are loads of interesting and fun things to do in this area.
