You will be asked to prove that you have thew money (as the seller has been let down before) by sending it to yourself via Western Union or similar.
As soon as you money enters the system, it is gone and obviously no car.
Like houses these (if they ever exist) cars can go for market value easily and quickly at auction. No need for them to be sold on Autotrader for a knock down price.0
