Unfortunately Barclaycard do not have a paperless option.

I can't see a paperless option on their website but maybe if you phoned them and asked.0

I've sent them a secure message in the past and been told it's not possible.

Me too. They said they were required to send paper statements by law. Didn't bother to check if this is true and go back to them. Doesn't really matter to me, provided I can get the online as well.
At least some of my other providers do a paperless only option.0 -

Yes I remember an explanation along the lines of that, but it is clearly untrue because they are the only one out of all my cards that don't offer it. I'd better let all my other card issuers know they're breaking the law!

So basically it is not possible
thanks for the replys.
I wonder why they cant do it. As previous posts have said nearly all banks do it just now.
I will need to send a secure message to see why?
thanks0 -
The reason why that they give will be that they are required to by law. I pointed out that they could notify me by email that my statement was ready to check online, as all my other bank accounts and credit cards do. But they just keep repeating themselves. Its like banging your head against a brick wall. They just read the script and keep repeating, trying to explain anything logical to them is a waste of time. I have phoned, messaged and emailed and just get the same reply. Waste of time.0
