I have A HP 6061ea laptop running Vista home premium - just recently I have been unable to see TV programs on it ie BBc iplayer in particular

A message appears say I do not have the correct version of player installed I then click to install which then says fully installed but it still won't work.
I presume someomething has got mucked up in a recent Windows update that failed to install and reverted back to original settings.
Can anyone please help me?

Have you tried to system restore it back to before you installed the updates, it normally creates a restore point before Installing updatesPeter: Hey Lois... what's this word? Lois: Evil.
