epson stylus d92 ink problems

hi,i have the above printer and recently had to change the inks,
i got some cheaper ones and now its saying incompatiable cyan ink,
not the rest just this one
and its done this twice now so 2 cyan wasted and i havent any more
i printed 2 things fine yesturday and then it said incompatiable cyan ink :mad::mad::mad:
is there anything i could do,ive tried restarting lappy,changed the cyan for the older one when it happened last,dont know what else to do
i also have just found out i cannot print in black only with this printer,what a waste of space
i need to print some lables urgently

try uninstalling the printer then re-installing it using the drivers from here http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-GB&data=wsMoc1iChVGcisk9ncQeIBmTUU002Fx!!!4o84TjGD6F5MAU003D&tc=6
my mate had various problems with his printer,but its running fine with compatible cartridges now its using these driversIf you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.0 -
