Persons Unknown...Part 2 HSBC this time....!!!

HI There, Following my post of 07/05/09 regarding persons unknown at Barclaycard ive now had the same thing with HSBC. Ive had fraud on my credit cards and bank accounts with HSBC. I was dealing with:-

Martin Hughes complaints dept
Helen daniels Complaints manager
Barry Silverman Complaints dept senior manager
Martin Williams Complaints area manager (based at Canary Wharf)

The fraud was investigated and money taken was to be repaid and these people were spoken to over 2 months. They knew all the information on our accounts but the money never arrived. We took this up with another department and were told these people dont exist.....:confused:

I cant believe im the only person to be going through this and these people are either responsible or theres some stuff going on i know nothing about.....

has anyone else dealt with or heard of these individuals...

    How bizarre. I think you need to go into a branch and say you are not moing until it has been resolved!

    I think some banks may use 'alias' names on outbound letters rather than actual real names.

    Thanks for your comments. Ive actually never had a letter from these people although they promised them many times. Ive only spoken to them by phone......!!! These people must be involved in my opinion but proving it is becoming challenging to say the least..... But never give up is my motto.....especially where banks are concerned....!!!

    How did you get to speak to these people originally? Did you call HSBC and get put through to them, or did they call you?

    We called HSBC and were put through to these people. As the service became poorer we asked to go up the Management chain and spoke to the other names listed. We would call and ask the call centre staff to put us through to these people and it was done without any problems. i just find it hard to understand how none of them now exist....!!!:confused:
