Disability Element - WTC

I qualified for the disability element when I started a part-time job in 2008. I suffered with depression for several years before this time. I am continuing to get this disability element but my depression has improved - partly as a result of being in work. I am just worried that if I declare this they will stop paying me this element? I still do not feel capable of working a full week, especially as this might trigger a return of the servere depression because of the extra stress. So is the disability element indefinite? On renewing WTC this year there was no mention of my condition or any question of whether I had improved.
I just don't want to end up owing them money if they decide that in fact I am now not 'disabled' and should have informed them. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks.0 -
